EV Online Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
  1. The prize draw is open to all Wigmore Medical account holders based in the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, except employees of EV Online (the Promoter) or Wigmore Medical Ltd, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. In order to enter the prize draw you must (i) complete the profile of yourself or your place of work on the EV website. A complete registration will include the acceptance by EV and the publishing of your profile by 4th Jan 2021 and (ii) follow EV’s Instagram account. Incomplete profiles will be deemed invalid. EV online reserves the right to verify the validity of profiles and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of EV Online includes incorrect, misleading, defamatory or objectional content. A maximum of one profile may be entered into the competition.
  3. Entrants must be based in the UK and Ireland have a corresponding, up-to-date, valid, Wimore Medical account in order to enter. Where an entrant has more than one Wigmore Medical account, the entrant must nominate the Wigmore Medical Customer account that they wish to receive the prize should they win.
  4. All entries must be submitted via EV Online etrevous.com
  5. The closing date of the prize draw is Midnight January 4th 2021. Entries received after this time will not considered.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure.
  7. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 15th January 2021 (“Draw Date”).
  8. The winner will receive credit of £1000 on their Wigmore Medical Ltd customer account. Credit can be used against all purchasers and costs that the account holder is allowed to make/incur, including VAT and delivery charges. The credit will be applied to the account on 18th January 2021 must be used within 12 months of being placed on the account.
  9. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within three days of draw date If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 15 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  11. The prize is supplied by Wigmore Medical Ltd, 23 Wigmore Street, London W1U 1PL (the “Supplier”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  13. The name of the winner will be published on the EV Instagram page @etrevous_experts. If you object to any or all of your name and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing help@etrevous.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy at etrevous.com/privacy. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
  18. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
