Jacqueline has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She began her career working for Max Factor as a Beauty Consultant, where she was soon promoted to become a Trainer. She then went on to qualify in all areas of beauty and massage and managed large, prestigious spas. In 2011 she became a Clinic Manager within the Aesthetics Industry; she has also worked as a Compliance & Standards Manager for nails, beauty & spa within SkillsActive & HABIA. She is a qualified lecturer, assessor, and internal quality assurer.
