An aesthetic physician with over 26 years of clinical experience, Dr Bhavjit Kaur is the co-founder and director of Health & Aesthetic Clinic (London) and also works at The Prager Clinic in London. She holds a postgraduate in Pathology, Biomedical sciences, DRCOG, DFSRH and Cosmetic Medicine, a postgrad diploma in clinical teaching, and is a Member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM), UK Appraiser for BCAM, Mentor for BCAM Academy, ex-mentor for Harley Academy and BCAM Audit Committee member. Dr Kaur has contributed to journals as an author and reviewer. She was shortlisted as 'Proactive Doctor of the Year' at the Safety In Beauty 2016 Diamond Awards and won Best Business Award 2016 for 'Outstanding Personal Achievement.' She has also been awarded for her research work, and believes that aesthetic medicine is a continuous journey to achieving clinical excellence. For her, success is the smile that she brings to her patients' faces while making a difference.
Since 2009, Dr Kaur has devoted her professional life to medical aesthetics. Believing in bespoke treatment plans and natural results, she has focused on all aspects of non-surgical cosmetic treatment and skincare advances. Areas of expertise include anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, chin reshaping, nose reshaping, tear trough fillers, Aqualyx, PRP, radio frequency and laser treatments. She has particularly significant experience in treating skin of colour.
Q: What do you love most about your work?
When I love the most about my work is the difference that the results of the treatments delivered make in my patients’ lives. I have seen patients getting tears of joy when they see good results of non surgical treatments and improvement in their skin tone and quality. Aesthetic treatments can have a great impact of self esteem, confidence and wellbeing . The happiness I see in their personalities gives me immense satisfaction.
Q: What is the best advice you have ever received?
The best advise I have received is to “treat others like you want others to treat you . It is a Karmic cycle , what goes comes back “
