With the term BBL still trending, it’s clear that there’s still a massive interest in peachy, perky bottoms. But how on earth are you able to achieve a lifted, contoured derriere without resorting to drastic surgical procedures? Sit that butt down and read on for some of our favourite non surgical treatments…

Endospheres

The A-listers' favourite is Endospheres, which promises to reshape and sculpt areas of the body where fatty deposits can build up and traditionally be tricky to remove, such as the buttocks. The treatments' innovative vibration and pressure method performs ‘vascular gymnastics’ on the body – this generates the drainage of fluids and removal of cellulite from under the skin’s surface, while toning and firming the tissue. Be warned: you’re likely to need 12-18 sessions, two-three times a week. Ideal for body contouring and tightening, Lipofirm Pro technology combines TriLipo radio frequency (RF) and TriLipo and Dynamic Muscle Activation (DMA)–this duo achieves maximum fat removal and lymphatic drainage as well as skin tightening and is visible from the first treatment, although you’ll need a few for best results. Treatment protocols include the LP Buttock Lift, which promises to lift and contour the buttocks leaving them firm and toned; it will also reduce the appearance of cellulite for a smoother, dimple free appearance.  We have tried and tested this treatment and saw a difference after a couple of sessions.

GeneFill Non Surgical Bum Lift

If you desire a shapelier derriere but don’t want to resort to drastic surgery, you might want to consider this safe, non-surgical bum lift. We’ve all heard of the much publicised Morpheus8 facial treatment, but did you know the treatment is now available for the body too? In fact, various A-listers have taken to social media to share their love for the treatment, with one calling it a ‘game-changer.’ Targeting pockets of fat, loose skin, stretched skin or skin showing signs of ageing, microneedling creates micro-traumas to the skin, stimulating collagen production and a healing response, while targeted radio frequency (RF) energy delivers heat into the skin to ‘shrink-wrap’ and tighten it, resulting in a tight, contoured appearance. Morpheus8 Body micro needles reach deeper into the skin than the facial treatment, meaning it can really target things such as cellulite and stretch marks.

Endolift

The FDA-approved Endolift Laser stimulates deep and superficial skin layers, stimulates collagen production and reduces excessive fat. While it’s used predominantly on the face, it’s also very effective at skin tightening and contouring, and lifting sagging buttocks. The minimally invasive non surgical procedure uses a hair-fine optical fibre tip which is directed under the skin into the superficial hypodermic (the bottom layer) where it heats and melts the fat, thus causing instant skin retraction. There’s no downtime, results can be seen immediately after just one treatment and last between two and three years.
